Gauge block set 24 steel

MICROTECH offers in Ukraine sets of plane-parallel gauge blocks of gauge lengths under its own trademark with full control and fine-tuning of each measure at the plant in Kharkov.
Gauge block set No. 24 consists of 25 measures, includes measures in the range of 1,0-1000 mm and is offered in accuracy class 1, 2.
The KMD 24 set is made of high quality steel with a high quality processing of the measuring surface, which ensures an excellent lapping. The use of high quality steel makes this measure of length maintainable.
The linear dimensions of each measure from the KMD set are controlled by the IZM measuring machine, or by the lengthy Trimos, and the flatness along the PI glass plate.
The KMD set is packed in a wooden case. The KMD set is guaranteed for 12 months. Annual control and service of the set of KMD is possible.
All end measures from the KMD MICROTECH set undergo metrological control in the ISO17025 accredited laboratory MICROTECH with the issuance of a protocol.
