Microplan granite calibration plate is used for measuring, marking and grinding precision parts.

Large size granite surface plates are manufactured in 5 accuracy grades according to ISO 8512-2 Standards, in black or Blue Lanhelin granite, in order to satisfy all specific user needs, both in workshop and in metrological room. All plates are tested in an environment with controlled temperature (20° C) and humidity. All MICROPLAN® plates are supplied with a Test Report, in which error map and installation instructions are reported. Calibration Certificate available on request*. The table hereunder shows standard sizes, weights, article codes and the absolute flatness tolerances (in micrometers).

Black granite surface plates are manufactured in 6 accuracy grades according to ISO 8512-2 standard, with the addiction of higher precision grades in order to satisfy all specific user needs, both in workshop or in metrological room.

All plates are tested in a temperature (20°C) and humidity controlled environment. All Microplan® plates are supplied with a Test Report, in which error map and installation instructions are reported.
