Bench center 2000 mm

MICROTECH manufactures bench center according to ISO 9001: 2008.
This bench center is made of steel and has an adjustable center-to-center distance up to 2000 mm. Center height 170mm and maximum workpiece diameter 270mm. The guides in the bench center are adjusted to smoothly change the center-to-center distance.
The bench center is retrofitted with an indicator or digital measuring head ICh, MIG, MIGTs with a counting resolution of 1 or 10 microns. Also MICROTECH offers optional tripods and stands for fixing indicators both stationary and using magnets.

When checking, the tip of the bench center is sequentially introduced into all the cavities of the wheel and the largest difference in readings on the head is calculated, which characterizes the radial runout of the gear rim.
The guarantee for the bench center is 12 months. The bench center is being tested at the MICROTECH calibration laboratory.
