MICROTECH presents the Sylvac Visio 300 video measuring microscopes in Ukraine.
These video measuring microscopes enable precise measurements in automatic or manual modes along three coordinates X, Y, and Z. Swiss Sylvac microscopes are a modern replacement for Soviet measuring microscopes MMI, BMI, UIM.

Enhanced precision and versatility: extended field of view up to 15×9.5 mm and improved image quality thanks to a Full HD camera. Our machine provides high-resolution measurements thanks to an ergonomic 2.5D optical (video) measuring system that guarantees accuracy and reliability.

Robust construction for durability: our metrological solution features a very sturdy granite construction and a reliable guidance system, ensuring long-lasting operation. The granite base provides exceptional stability, and the manual table movement with a quick-shift system allows easy and precise adjustments.

Motorized zoom and measurement along the Z coordinate.

Optimal visibility: take advantage of triple programmable lighting, including segmented ring light, coaxial light, and diascopic light. This comprehensive lighting system enables optimal visibility, enhancing measurement accuracy.

Advanced software with 2D CAD comparison capability: our metrological system comes with Sylvac Vista software, offering a wide range of measurement functionalities. Enjoy features such as semi-automatic measurement, automatic edge detection, and comparison with imported DXF contours. This software also includes 2D CAD comparison functions, simplifying the workflow.

Universal measurement ranges: choose one of two versions to precisely meet your measurement needs. VISIO 200 models (902-2210 and 902-2211) provide a measuring range of 200 x 100 x 150 mm, while the VISIO 300 model (902-2212) offers a wider range of 300 x 200 x 150 mm. These options allow you to select the model best suited for your tasks.

Sylvac Visio microscopes come equipped with a PC featuring a 24” display and Sylvac Vista metrological measurement software with built-in measurement and CAD capabilities.

An advantage over digital measuring microscopes of other brands is the motorized zoom with autofocus and the ability for non-contact measurement along the Z coordinate.

All Sylvac video measuring microscopes undergo metrological control in the MICROTECH metrological laboratory accredited according to ISO 17025.
