Torque wrenches (torque) MICROTECH, designed to measure and control the torque of the force when tightening, both right and left threaded connections. MICROTECH keys undergo compulsory state metrological certification
Torque scale keys with pointer (KMDI) and digital (KMDTs) indication
KMDI keys are distinguished by a fairly high accuracy for this type of keys and the ability to fix the measurement after removing the load.
Keys KMDTs are high-precision instruments, which, in addition to the main purpose, can be used as part of reference measuring complexes of the second category. These keys have the ability to work in the signaling mode of reaching the required torque value, as well as a standard RS-232 interface for communication with a PC.
Limiting torque wrenches MICROTECH (KMDP), designed to control the torque when tightening threaded connections with right-hand thread. The reading of the torque of the force is established by the vernier applied to the drum of the key handle. The keys are distinguished by increased accuracy (up to 5%), as well as ease of use and maintainability.
Force gauge - a device for measuring the changing forces in the tests on the compression or tension.
The force gauge determines the force by the magnitude of the deformation of the elastic element.
Force gauge are classified by the type of elastic element and the method of indication:
- in analog force gauge, a bar, a bracket or a spring (force gauge exemplary portable compression, general purpose force gauge, analog force gauge) with a measuring range of up to 5 kN are used as an elastic element, which provide an accuracy of 0.5 to 2.0%.
- in digital force gauge, strain gauges (up to 500 kN) are used as an elastic element, which provide an accuracy of 0.1 to 0.5%.
In Ukraine, the service and calibration of force gauge up to 5 kN is performed by MICROTECH in a calibration laboratory accredited according to the ДСТУ ISO / IEC 17025 standard.
